Squat

Squatting is a fundamental human movement pattern that involves nearly every muscle in the body. Squatting is what I like to call an insane lift, you must be able to go through a tough pain barrier. This is exercise is not for weak hearted that is for sure. To perform the exercise you need your feet to be about shoulder width apart. You bend at the knees, press your hips back. You stop the movement once the hip joint is slightly lower than the knees. Then press your heels into the floor to return to the beginning position.
